need to have dalie activities spread across hours so those who have to do stuff (work/school/sports) can make and attend

many time i miss ryoka attacks/guild wars etc due to constraint

There is no constrain, Ryoka attack is late in the evening, at 11 PM for me, so i am ALWAYS available for it, unless i am out drinking, which means, that you just have a bad timezone or playing on the wrong server.
