soul cultivation question

Apparently the soul cultivation 1 time with silver has a cooldown, thus you can do it for free every 10 mins or so, but by paying silver for 10X the bottom choice, you dont have to wait for cooldown, but you got to pay silver.

So which would be better?  Waiting for refresh every 10 mins so I can do my tries for free?  NO silver lost.  That is deducting the free gold tries.  Or just plainly use the 10X option with silver and get it over with?  I don't know which has better rewards of the silver options, nor which would be better.

Any thoughts?
