6) You're lvl 111, so the equipment on Unohana ( Shoes, Belt ) and Urahara ( all equipment ) can not be higher than 111

7) The BP of Uryu and Starrk are to high for your lvl and zanpakutou if you look at the other chars. They should be like 300k lower or even more
