How many exclusive skill fragments does it take to reach level 70?

Kosmo has just shown me that it increases by more than 10 per level at a certain level, proving that what I said to be the worst case to be even worse.

Quoting Kosmo, after each growth rate upgrade, it might go up. This is not known for sure.

So...yeah...damn... o.o

Yea but at least his attack is aoe, for a low vip player it's not a bad skill for him to have.
