Growth rate, the skill is at level 70.

At that point is it even worth going all the way to 70 as a f2p? Or a low spender? lol or should u just level up some partners just for the stat increase xD

If you don't do it then you will face getting left behind by people who do it, it's pretty much a must.

Overall it's worth only on end game character. Don't use it on characters that you will change later.
