Best character for Shinigami Agent?

So for shinigami agent the character we have now is Kirinji, if I wait for it to change will there be someone better in that pack and if so who, also will the shinigami agent still be 1888 after this one finished or will it be back to being 8888 gold?

most probably,  however, at that price, he's beyond a steal, as the benefits from the package are worth the cost.  besides, if you buy it, it's only 999 gold to renew each month
