Need some input.

Many of you know that I recently came back and just wondering a few things if, you can provide some insight might speed up my progress. I do not plan on going higher then VIP1 at this time so post information assuming this. Also, if it matters this character is 2 months old in 3 more days.

To date. VIP 1, Lv 82, Reistsu 47, Battle Power 383,710  Max Tier Zabimaru / Kazeshini (Working on Tegen as well to max tier then Fortify)
Hollow Soul Map: Sajin 3/6 2/6, Main 3/6 2/6, Renji 3/6 1/6, Momo 3/6 1/6, Rukia 3/6 1/6
Current Formation: Sajin (2 Star), Tavern Renji (4 Star), Main, Momo (4 Star), Rukia (4 Star)
Extra Partners: Rangiku (2 Star), Inoue (3 Star)

Planning on getting Ikkaku, Urahara as silver permits to boost up my PVE Damage. Currently using Level 70 Spirit Forge sets (4th set is done tomorrow and I have a protection stone to fully infuse them), so was going to skip making/using level 80,90 sets then make a new spirit forge set per partner at level 100. All 80 Accessories, Main stat based on Partner Spirit Forged and +20. Almost fully in level 4 Spirit Stones with the setup as follows:
Vanguard: Strength, Wisdom, Stamina, Block, Counter, Dodge (Once everyone is stoned switching these out for Hit Rate).
Assaulters: Strength, Wisdom, Hit Rate, Break Defense, Critical Rate, Agility.
Support :Same as Assaulters.

With the recent update, since low VIP / F2P can now obtain Cute Inoue or Yama. Since I'll be using fully modded Urahara and Rukia for events such as Evil Spirit and Ryoka, would Cute Inoue be worth it? Same question as far as Yama, since shortly my main assaulter line during events will be Ikkaku, Tavern Renji and Main (Ghost Blade). Then another question would be this since they adding the Zanpakuto Fortify while I Continue to run Sajin as main Vanguard (Until Hollow Ichigo) would it make more sense to sacrifice the support speed and damage for the added defense to not only Sajin but to the whole formation, instead of using Kazeshini as my main PVP Zanpakuto? Was thinking of using Tegen but I don't have a toon on another server that resembles my main to 'test'.

As for support, I was just going to hold off since tavern gives me a headache, for level 90 to grab Unohana for some fights, but for PVP go with Gin and Aizen at 100+. Just to cut down on the amount of partners I focus on and to save some money. Then I was thinking of getting Kenpachi VG (even though I can't upgrade him), Shinso Gin from honor shop, maybe SWP Renji (Upgraded).

In general just looking for feedback on current forms and tweaks I could do to speed up my progression. Currently, 3 levels and 120k BP lower, 471,000 souls behind my old character that took me close to 6 months.

If you wanna progress quickly PVE sure is the way to go. SWP Kenny is greatest damage vang but his coupons appear at lvl 101. If you concern about your PVP Yama is beast tbh. He can wipe out entire enemy team I'd not use Tengen at least until I get #GodStarrk. But I don't use starrk tho. Cuz I love damage formation. Kazeshini is great zanpakuto for 1-2-2 or 1-3-1.

Cute orihime is def worth it imo. She is far more faster than Rukia. With Kisuke and Cute it's quite easy to T1 whole team(also be faster).

And if you already have 4xlv70 sets yeah skip lv80 and 90 should be good. Cuz you'll reach 100 in no time if you have good damage in PVE.

Ideal PVE formation would be Kisuke - Main/Ikkaku/Kenpachi - SwpKenny (higher wave ryokas)
                                         Kisuke/Ukitake - Main/Ikkaku/Kenpachi (lower wave ryokas and ES)

With new exclusive skill Byakuya can used in PVE too. And switch a skill he's great for PVP. So maybe Byakuya instead of Kenpachi.

Well I tend to run for PVP 2-2-1, then the standard 2-3 for events. Right now, I do about 3.2-3.8mil damage per sometimes more depending on Critical hits w/ Triple Crown Champion and the Critical Damage Enchant. Just trying to cut some corners while not stopping my progression so, I'm not doing like I did before and cut out my experience gain while making money and tweaking bp, but also to cut corners where I can on Gold Reishi.

Also, 471,000 Souls until Red Named in which case, I plan on storing Vitality for UBP to hopefully pick up a cash shop Zanpakuto.
