1510 per full clear + a refresh = 2000 points.

16,000 point character = 12080 gold + You get 8 full rewards.

End result:

160 Level 10 silver cards
160 Hogu Enhancements
1600 crystal core
40 assistant mod cards
80 universal mod fragments
8 shots at teh 100 reward
and a 16,000 point character.

Not bad, but not the best we have seen.

Gift Money:

I am going to assume this is just single top up, and not accumulative. If it were accumulative, a 20,000 gold top up would grant you 15,900~63,600 gold/coupons extra. Which I am fairly sure they wouldn't do.

In either case, it is basically the same top up event we saw in New Years. You get at a minimum 25% return ( only this time it could be gold or coupons ) and at a maximum you get a 100% return.

As for the Fund Investment.... 100 days is oh so long. It is, however, one of the better returns on investment we have ever seen.

For example, a top up of 20,000 gold will net you 32,000 gold with rebate of 60%. You also have a shot of somewhere between 5,000 and 20,000 gold/coupons. Investing that 20,000 gold into the first one will end with...

At worst: 42,000 gold + 5,000 coupons after 100 days.
At best: 62,000 gold after 100 days.

If you topped up 80,000 gold... ( 20k x 4 ).

At worst: 198,000 gold + 20,000 coupons after 100 days.
At best: 278,000 gold after 100 days.

from what i got, every time you reach 100 you get 2000 points so you would naturally choose 6 every time to get to 100 quicker

Well, you have Hiki so senju would be amazing with her but b.renji's damage is also amazing yeah tough spot...... it depends on if u want to go pvp path or pve path

Isnt it 100 gold per 6 spots you move?
That would be 1000 gold per 60 spots and 2000 gold per 120 spots. (2000/120*100=1666,666667 so lets say 1700 gold per full round)
Every 100 spots you get 2.000 points, so you basically spend 1.700 gold on moving onward and then you get 2.000 points extra.
So for every 1.700 gold you spend, you get 3.700 points?
Do this 4 times and a bit and you would have 16.000 points, then there is the rebate which is 60%, with this in mind let me calculate the total gold spent for a 16k character:

4 * 1700 = 6.800 gold + (4 * 2000 = 8.000) = 14.800 points.
(If you want something extra you could do 1 more full turn that would cost an extra 1.700 gold and give you 2.000 extra points, giving you a full 2500 extra points to spend.)
Lets assume you only spend the minimal amount: 14.800 + spending 1.200 gold on Throwing dice, so a total of gold spent would be 8k gold for 16.000 points.   
(Spent in first 4: 4* 1700 = 6.800 + 1.200 gold = 8.000 gold spent)

Now if you plan on topping up and this is ignoring the gift money:
Top up 8k = (8.000/160*100)=5.000 gold top up to get a 16.000 gold partner
