Exclusive Skill Level costs...question

What is the cost for each level increase? So far I have seen increments of 10, but I can't believe the increments stay +10, every level? At an increment of +10 every level, it would cost nearly 14,000 fragments to reach level 50 alone, and over 26,000 for level 70.  Give or take that is about 325 days, not counting if you took 1k fragment rewards every 20-25 days.  If you took the 1k rewards, aprox. 8 or 9 times in a row, then you would be to level 70 around 200 days.
Does it take 200 days + eight 1k frag rewards in a row to get to lvl 70?

I'm hoping the increment isn't +10 the whole way from level 0 to 70.  Can anyone clarify that has leveled up a single character more then a few times?

Kosmo has shown us that there are some levels that he has gotten to where it increments by +20 randomly. Whether it goes higher than that, we have yet to find out.
This was after he reached the level 15 growth stat upgrade.

to me. im focused on my tosen. he seems to go by 10+. its probably event partners and such like the reds who are great like hiki and senju that might seem to go randomly with 20+. as far as i have gotten. tosen been go'n by 10 each.

I will spread it out equally on the partners that I know that I will always use. Focus on 1 partner is not a good idea. Yes, you might be fast, but you wont grow much in terms of PvE, which helps you grow.

Cool. What level you have him at?
It would make sense if the Tavern partners are easier in general.

Gurr seems like our best link to that question
but for my tactic, I'm focusing on one partner till they get their new skill, then going to the next, after I get all the new skills I want to use, i'll focus more on the stat bonuses...  which are massive!!  My Isshin is looking very nice these days

got him on six. didnt do ryoka yesterday to i didnt get the silver to try it to get the stuff to lvl it.

Ah. Kosmo only started seeing +20's after level 15.
