Bankai Rukia is in the team, so it should possible to do the mission, Which i have done while mugetsu was doing 100% of the dmg, so neither the main nor hiki did any dmg at all...
Why is it not activated?

You prob need to have just hiki and main in team. Meaning main has to do at least 75% damage.  Also no zanpaktou.
A favor, care to show me who's required for last bond, thank you. Also if you want to check full description for each bond thing then right click on "dam" and right click near the world map, it should show the full bond req in middle of screen.

Just hiki and main in team and and have main one shot them so hiki doesn't do damage is the easiest way to do it

Hakuteiken Byakuya. But you do know you can see who the bond characters and what the bond requirements are for every single character right?
