Shunsui exclusive skill

Is it just me or is Shunsui's exclusive skill vastly overpowered for a medium leveled tavern hero?
His normal skill is good for a tavern hero of his level but his exclusive is just to damn overpowered.

Attack all enemies with 110% growth
Restore one random partners fury by 50
And lastly make the entire team invincible for one round.

The entire team? Being invincible is a rare buff as is but to give a single character the ability to make the entire team invincible and not even being a hard to get character but a simple tavern character. If he were a SS or higher that you needed to buy so would it be one thing but from a tavern hero come on this is heavily overpowered.

Well you see, Shinsui is OP as fuck just hides his skill. Now the game resembles this quite well.

Hides and hides he just rarely need to use his skills, and yeah he isn't a captain and chosen as the next main captain for nothing.
But still for a tavern hero this is way to OP. Releasing another version of him that were SS-SSS with a similar buff would have been more sensible.
