No, and I don't expect there ever to be one, due to the fact it would be highly imbalanced.

It was allowed in UN for 50$ charge and could not change to the faction with the highest bp average. I know at least 2 people who had it done, but different game, different circumstances. Don't know if you have a definitive answer or not ETW. Tks for the reply though, best forum mod ever.
