You're the kind of person I want to be if I get to your level.  A beast in ryoka and ES because I'm currently level 83 and can't one hit not even wave one on ryoka.  My starting damage is 2.8 million.

I use a 3-2 in ryoka, with main (kido), ikkaku, renji tavern, rukia and momo but after 10 mins I take out momo and put sajin back.  I use a 2-2-2 for sajin, lvl 50 spirit forge gear, lvl 70 normal gear and level 80 normal gear, all to give me that extra stamina to tank him.  I put all block stones on him.  Is that why I'm getting low damage?  Because I have no attack and wis boost.

The thing is since I use 3 asaulters and 2 supporters for PVE, when I put my vanguard back on, I can't give him my asaulters gear so I give him his regular 2-2-2 gear with stam and block stones.

On a side note.  I have rukia already, should I get kisuke uruhara for 10 minutes of ryoka and ES (my limit to put tank in ) and ES ends in 9 minutes.  Is kisuke worth it for that short time, because I have to put my vanguard back on, and I'd imagine I should take out either rukia/kisuke

first of all ryokas are based kido main so its normal ur main cant damage much to them unfortunetly but still if u use urahara+rukia combo u should easly 1 shot with 1 strong str based high damage partner especially kenpachi or ikkaku they are both doing goood damage but i suggest u to use kenpachi when u got 90 already and dont waste ur coupons easly especially getting some more silver use ur coupons for buyihng spirit stones especially str and wisdom stones both increased ur damage and give ur all highest block stones to kenpachi or ikkaku which one of them has higher damage rate...

Yeah, my highest block stones are on my vanguard.  I use a 2-2-2 equipment on him.  2 pcs lvl 50 spirit forge, 2 piece lvl 70  normal and 2 piece lvl 80 normal, to give him extra stamina, though unfortunately he has no attack/wis boost, so i don't know if the reflects do much damage.  Plus I keep it that way because at 10 minutes I have to put him in ryoka.

Another thing I do is that on Hollow soul map, I have 5 star on espada 4, and 4 star lit on espada 3, but all of it I put it in my main.  All the spirits are focused only on my main.  Should I switch that hollow soul  map to my ikkaku? So he does more damage.  Would u suggest start liting stars in hollow soul map for ikkaku?

I wish I could be a ryoka beast like you.

It's better to distribute hollow soul to everyone so everyone gets almost equal boost which boost bp the most rather than focusing on one or two that are brutal damager
