game won't load

i have a black screen i cleared cache and everything nothing helps its says the following message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function findOne() on a non-object in /data/htdocs/bleach/bleachgames/include/libs/HMongoDb.class.php on line 466  Is the error iam geting when i switch it to a full screen tab, if i leave it on the main page that loads it just gives me a black screen.  Server EU 2155     
Update I have now cleared my catch, flushed my dns, refreshed my router and re downloaded my flash player, next step is trying the torch web browser to see if that works.

Update,  Torch browser did not fix the problem same loading issues as before. So because of a loading issues I have now missed registering and joining guild wars.  And Support for this game is just about non existant so I doubt we will see this fixed any time soon.

the server is down. i like how its at gw and we lose invasion of ryoka. if i lost my spot on dumplings now im be pissed
