Bond About Gold Ichigo a bug?

I may have asked this before, but Is This a bug?  this is a snapshot of one of My Kido Mains bonding skills that wont unlock
I have Gold Ichigo In my party,  I have used him for for every stage.
There is no little squares under requirements that say anything else other than Ichigo Kurosaki Join the battle.

you know how gogreed translation is. just put him in the bond, instead of joining battle

I did but it  just brings the ability to the top, but not make it available to use.  Even at times it will go back to the same spot.

also

It says he has no Abilities for himself  when he's in my party, yet I go to page 4 out of 7 and see that this SAME Gold Ichigo Kurosaki  has bond abilities with Quincy Uryu, and Kisuke Urahara.

Hmm.

I dont have him.... so cant really help much more.  But is this a common problem for others that have him aswell?

actually he does,
Just Nobody/ Gogames hasn't done anything about it

Bonds with gold Ichigo do not work at all, none of them. You can unlock them (for instance with tavern Kenpachi), but nothing ever happen. It seems like the game does not acknowledge his existence because it always says to go recruit him in the tavern.

Actually  My main's ability just unlocked like 2 days ago somehow
