add something that you can save up for even better partners, like you have to fill it 4 times, but you can get shini kensei with it.  or fill it 10 times for mugetsu or tensa

They'll more likely add more spirit water and materials and will make it so fragments will drop less often.

reason take a look in the honor shop in alliance battle
same goes for white ichigo (witch i must honestly say i relly want so badly i can taste it) you find him in csb shop

Your idea is better actually cuz we need to use something to get better characters... no one is gonna give tensa or TSI right off the bat just for one bar... so yeah your idea is good , the more time you fill the bar... the better rewards

when gogame add something good, always is problem why they dont give more...
all the time is only, they give bad event's, they dont give anything to f2p ect...
i know im vip, but i have 2x 10 hog for free, Senbo for free, Shinigami Kisuke for free, tons of hog enhance tali for free, tons of stone, lvl100 lucky slot set for free
in this moment we have option for partner , high lvl stone for free
but you want all the time more and more, i hate this kind of thinking
ohh and if you are smart you have even more that me for free, friend in my guild- Yama, Shini Yoru, Senbo, Hyorin, Sode no Shirayuki
for f2p or low vip this is like 750 euro to spend in this moment( and i dont say about all smal reward when he take all this stuff) !!!!

Oh and why you want more cultivation reward?
you may claim all the time 1k exclusive skill frag
200 red hog fragment chest i think this 2 item is rly worth to get- red hog is rly rare and hard to take when you dont use alot of gold/coupons
Last thing, only weak player all the time want more, becouse they dont se true chance to be strong!!!
