Yamamoto Genryusai; How to build?

As I plan to get Yamamoto(like many other people) after filling the energy in the bar once, I wish to know just how good he would be for my team.
My current team is MC, Byakuya, Kisuke(T1), Gin and Hollowed Ichigo.
I plan to change this to MC, Hakuteiken Byakuya, Yamamoto Genryusai, Kisuke/Shinso Gin and maybe Nozarashi Kenpachi if I top up/Hollowed Ichigo.
What should I, as a Vip 0, do before I get Yamamoto for Yamamoto?
What should I stack? What should I not do in the game for now?
(Btw, I'm saving vit for UBP).

Build him simply by stacking attack and crit. Speed is okay too but if you plan making him T1.

Crit and strength are must, rest is kind of up to you.

What the blind guy said make him hit hard and fast. Lots of kirijins (if spelt right) out there right now. But since his skill dont affect all, you have a 50/50 chance. So its important to stack him like a bull on steriods, cos once he skills... you just need to clean up. And his crit depends on you... dont it? How much crit you put on him?

It's easy to put a load of cirt on him, got mine at 80% odd without stacking too much.

Yeah. I could try and use all the coupons on his crit as strength I could get up from soul cultivation for a while.
After a hit a wall, I plan to work on strength stones.
