So I am starting to think the same thing.  Typically I don't subscribe to this thought process, as it is more likely I have just experienced bad luck, or had really good luck...but....in the first 3-4 days of this new feature I received 400, 200, 200 bonus fragments and a lvl 8 treasure/hogu box.  Over the last 20 days I have not received a SINGLE item worth mentioning.  I have gotten a few 1 fragment bonuses, but I've only gotten them a few times in the last 3 weeks.

But then today my luck was looking up a bit;

Actually for that last screenshot I think that is the first time I've even seen that icon.  Good news is I only need 10,374,428 more souls currently to reach ORANGE status.  However, now that I have examined this item, and noticed the following; http://prntscr.com/a74wgn - I would like to permanently be given all of the souls I earn in Ryoka and Daily Salary as actual items I can sell.  If given the choice between a few meager stat bonuses on my main and a new color, or 1,037,442,800,000 silver (my souls needed yet x 100,000 silver per soul).......I think I'd rather have the 1.037 TRILLION silver.

Yup, and now you know, the amount of silver you could have had instead of that fancy RED name would have been at a minimum in the low billions.

i have lv 71 reiatsu but i spend all in cultivation bar

Yep I had no luck in that shit, best I got was 400 frags, never got anyth ...

i have gotten nothing as well but its all about time. eventually everyone will get some good crap. EVENTUALLY in a year or so

Yeah for real, I feel the same that the luck did go down.. Dat' Ganju though, but all those items I mentioned were from like.. first week of Soul Cultivation, since then, I haven't had anything At All..

Also, I'd rather have the silver instead of the souls directly towards the soul counter or what sham'I call it.
