9th skill is actually better for PVE due to the attack boost you gain to your assaulters

8th skill is better for PVE if the person your main is combo rating into deals in an insane amount of damage (pretty much your strongest partner or so)

10th skill is the best of these 3 for PVP, being the only skill to attack every single person on the enemy team at quite the high percentage too ^^
It's good to take note that strong partners like CSB Byakuya have their skill at 170% whilst attacking all, and this 10th skill maxes out at 188%, so it is indeed a high percentage when comparing to other partners, which of course allows you to possibly one-shot opponents supporters or assaulters etc. ^^

Just kidding, for conquest I usually use the one with lower growth rate, or the 9th to buff Renji. For hollow map the -30% def was used pretty much everywhere after Starrk, without it I would have never cleared Aizen

No problem lad, just remember after lvl 20 it becomes a pain in the ass. I need 5k odd scrolls now ...

5k...I think I'll be upgrading the girlfriend then I thought I was fine with Miri but damn thats expensive.
