So I know that 8th skill is for PvE and a lot of people say 9th AND 10th skill is for PVP. I just don't see it though, sure 10th hits all. But the damage is not up to scruff. I find 9th skill and it's added effect way more potent and usefull than 10th will ever be. Someone explain the benefits of 10th skill over 9th. Since I havn't found anything about it.

Its quite obvious... skill 10 hits all, all you need is power to make it worth it.

Mine is at level 23 and that mean 174% attack all. That means it will hit harder than most attack all assulters you can get. Not sure how you can see skill 9 being advantages over skill 10 in PVP. 15% attack and higher attack to VG is useless in PVP later on. In PVE sure works great but even then not great if you are using hiki/senbon or sogyoku.

Now if I'm correct you can get your mains skill to 30, which means at 190% attack all max level.  That shit is like mugetsu, and even if skill 9 was 1000% then it would still be inferior in PVP.

No problem lad, just remember after lvl 20 it becomes a pain in the ass. I need 5k odd scrolls now. But 170% attack all is still sufficient enough for most cases PVP if you stack a fair bit of attack.

Hehe. Well... 9-10 first. Then do the rest.

<--------------(this guy) Lv28 for 9-10. Lv20+ for the others (because they are useful in soul map, especially -30% on def and the no heal one)

19,000 / 80 = 238 tries needed.

238 / 13(tries I get daily) =18 days.

So around 20 days to get last level. Bruh, one day maybe I'll give a damn to do that shit.

Well eventually you will max out everything if you're one of the stupid people who aim for the achievement as me Got 4 skills up to 30, rest are at 20s. But imo 2nd, 9th and 10th should be max. Rest, if you don't care for the achievement just sell your skills scrolls, for that 2~4m daily
Back to the OP, 10th is the absolute for pvp. There are some usess for the other skills pre 80, but after that it's pretty much straightforward to use 10th
