I would like to know if there is some secret to get any support in this game?
Emails never get answered (not even with an automated message). I sent emails days back and followed up numerous times with no response. I am glad support isn't biased towards non vip and vip players sice everyone gets the same support (none).
If anyone can provide me with some info on how to get support or a personal email address of someone in support who I can harrass till I get a response, it would be appreciated xD
hello, 5 days i wait for support with email gogames.me and 7 days i wait response for my issue when i ask help from paysafecard* , i search same, email, phone anything can help to get this more fast, im vip 6 so maybe same support for all....
yes i expect...ask one question per day.....and forget me for 1 day more after day after... very borred tomorrow i contact association Customer Review to see what law tell about this...
It happens they are just busy, try to contact them on weekdays and no the support team is not biased. They are working really hard to fix any problems just keep emailing.
i try but no concrete answer from eight days i am in my right to ask if these people not trying to robbed me money no ? im vip 6 not first time i put money why this time no work ....?
