still better then losing straight 40 levels, right?
all I know is that you need 500 points and ...

what the hell lol. losing one lvl seriously. XD i'd rather lvl up a bit more then do that off that bat. (im lvl 106)

the dmg increase does, but im not sure if the reduction does
and all pve enemies take 1/3 less dmg upon the introduction of the feature
