Thanks for getting this issue resolved as quickly as you did. If you didint manage to contact them it could have dragged out and become messy.

Hope you don't mind me asking, but did you talk to Customer Support or Technical Support? I've had experience in other games with Customer Support telling Moderators 1 thing and Tech Support doing another.

There is no Tech Support. It's the same thing as Support here. I work for them, I keep in regular contact with them. Except when they don't work weekends.

i don't have soul hunt.even in the battle tub... and mynovise alway's flamin even when ther is nothing complete.
