dmg rate , main skill disapered and still not all is working nicely yet :/ Dev´s talked about compensation reward of 2 million silver + 50 coupons and not even that i got yet !

Please asking Devs to solve everything soon , paying players are not happy at all ! i´m on eu s25 and everyone complains there !

I was having the issue with the events tab till someone suggested trying a VPN. The one they suggested however (hotspot shield) did not work for me, whenever I connected to the VPN and tried to load the game, the game just loads to 96% and stops. I spent hours searching for one that would work for me and I eventually found one. Managed to get the events bar back, was pretty glad to have gotten that out of the way. Few days later, came back to find Soul Hunt was go (yipee -.-). Couple days after that I got the compensation thingy in the mail, but my Soul Hunt icon had not returned, but I'm seeing the notices popping up for people receive Espada hunting certificates and junk (and no, it's not in my battle tab either). So I figured it's another one of those incidents where the server is having an issue with my IP address like with the events bar, so I went to try the VPN again, turns out the one I had was a trial version. Spent some more time looking for another VPN to see if I could get my Soul Hunt back, however no matter which one I tried, the issue with the game not loading is back. What's even worse this time is that even though I uninstalled the VPN, restarted my PC, flushed my DNS, cleared cache, the game STILL isn't loading. No matter what web browser I use.
Even more annoying is the lack of support.
I've been emailing the support team since my issue with the freaking events bar. I can understand that they don't know why it is that this issue started occuring for some people and not others or whatever, but at least have the decentcy to reply to the freaking emails or make notice about something other than opening new freaking servers everywhere.
This is becoming increasingly annoying, especially since I've sunk a fair amount of money into this game so I can't just say "screw it" and quit.

Well keep in mind it's only one person trying to answer and read hundreds and hundreds of e-mails.
