Also, perhaps someone else posted this somewhere else, but do we know how many fragments are required for lvl 70 Ex Skill?  As that is the magical number for quite a few partners to get their new skill.

Very depressing, and I think they nerfed the drop rate of good stuff here too.

No point of even thinking about new skills, they will take too long to be worth while. For any higher VIPs which replace partners often its useless.  Unless they give new ways of obtaining frags, prob through top up.

I'm nearly positive they either completely nerfed rewards for us, or at a minimum nerfed the bonus fragments.

During first few days, I received bonus fragments at least once every 2 days, now it has been 25+ days and I haven't gotten a single 100 or above.  I do however see +1 about once every 2 days, so these +1's I think use to be the 100/200/400/500 etc.

Also haven't seen anything else noteworthy in a month, whereas before I got several noteworthy things all within the first few days.

Damn it, if they woulda left bonus fragments in, this would have been doable, but now it'll either be pay to get to 70, or don't bother (year+).

Oh well, cultivation bar rewards are still nice regardless!
