So we can only get the skill after lv100?! thats stupid couz they say reach lv10/15 something like that to unlock ur skill... i did that on kirinji for nothing! stupid game

You get growth rates on stats (strength, etc) at lower levels. You get the new skill at the higher levels (I think level 30 for tavern partners, for S class and above partners, like Tenjiro, at level 70). Level 100 is the best version of the skill for S class and above partners, which you first get at level 70, e.g. increase attack by 10% goes to increase attack by 30% at level 100. I think at all level checkpoints you continue to get growth rate increases on stats.

Tenjiro gets his skill at level 70 yup, then at level 80 he gets a better version of it, and finally at level 100 the best version of the exclusive skill. There is a video (I think) in this thread, showing  a partner going from level 0 all the way to level 100, so you can see the various increases, etc per level. And yeah, a long time o.O a better part of a year, at least! Probably longer I think; unless they bring back good amounts of exclusive fragments in soul cultivation (and not just for filling the bar). Or other means.
