Hell Yeah man! High Five!

I would highly recommend Code Geass next if you liked Death Note.

Here is an Anime Folder I share to all my friends. It's all English Dubbed, and each of them I recommend watching.

The Anime Lair

Code Geass kinda gives off that Death Note vibe at times.
Main Character gets a powerful ablility and uses it to further his own goals.

Now if you want an Emotional Rollercoaster Anime:

Then watch Angel Beats. It's funny its got action and is the only anime to actually make me tear up. (Not Cry. People told me the end of SAO 2 was sad and a tear jerker, and when I watched it I said "This is crap. So what if she died?")

Now if you want Blood, Gore, Boobies, IDH's (Invisible Death Hands), and a pretty good story?
Then go Elfen Lied.
In terms of Gore, only Angel Sanctuary comes closest (Never watching Angel Sanctuary again...)

Well I watched the 1st episode of code gease and it was very good, then I remembered somebody mentioned tokyo ghoul been similar to deathnote, so I decided to watch that instead. So far 10 episodes and it really is disturbing, very disturbing. Not the violence and blood, that's o.k. intro is perhaps the best part but the really perturbing part is the yaoi references.
