I read it somewhere on another anime thread I think.  Though I presumed it similar due to the kills.  It's the purple haired guy that's disturbing.  The old guy that dies around episode 9 or 10 and has a saddistic laughter and an eye bigger than the other, he was cool, saddistic but cool.

Elfen Lied had Censorship? Censorship?!  
The one I watched didn't.

I watch it when it came out, TG was heavily censored like the screenshot i showed you where they censored a dish with tomato juice in it.
Elfen Lied i watch both censored version (dub) and non-censored (sub).

Hmm fair enough, however i wouldn't consider a show similar base on the kills factor alone. Hahaha Mado he is even more sadistic and lovable in the manga ^^. As for the purple hair guy i just have 1 ink to say... he is pretty fabulouuus :
