If you are running 1-3-1 then I'd use byakuya,  yama should take care of most of enemies. But if they have enough power to counter your byakuya should be able to kill them (alive or dead, as suzu mentioned.) Now ulq is nice, but if aren't going to upgrade him don't bother, he will overwrite burn from yama or vice versa. So not amazing. I'd say stay with byakuya till something new "for free" pops up.

Don't skip ahead, even UN doesn't have orange quality and they have 2x(or even 3x) more event partners.
Now good options for your team would be ishin/white ichigo/ kensei. From the more reasonable possible UBP choices. Now if they would do shinso I'd grab him no matter your formation.

Yeah keep it like that, when you will have the chance get stark as you won't go for noza unless itachi donates for you.

lol thanks my bp would be so much higher but as I said support is my weakest point
all my assaulters and my vanguard r in the 200k's except yama who is in 300k and my retsu has a whopping 146k bp

Fuck. How did you achieve to have such a weak restu when you only have one wisdom set?! That shit takes skill. Unless you don't do ryoka and therefore don't get free stones from it. But nice making 4 good strength sets.

LOL no don't get me rong its definitely not the spirit stones I have only good wisdom stones 1 lv9 3 lv8 and the rest lv7. I don't know how shes so weak
