would it be good to put wisdom stones on your vanguard or just synthesize them and give them to retsu cuz my vanguard has some good wisdom stones on him

okay,  first off.  Retsu cannot miss a heal. (or I've never seen any partner miss an effect on your own party)
second, your main is ghost, spirit, or kido?
IMO, you should keep 2 sets of wisdom stones, with only one kido partner, your vanguard may well be a good place to keep a set, It really depends on if your vang keeps getting pummeled by kido damage or not.
last,  personally, I can't imagine for the life of me why Retsu is even in your party.  Personally i really dislike dedicated healers,  feels like a waste of a space, especially since after a point, 3 rounds is kind of a long fight.

Here are a few parties going with a PVP theme i think you could get some ideas of where your going with yours

1-3-1, Kazeshini
Vang:Nnorilta
Assaulter: Yama, Main, Tosen
Support:Gin

1-3-1, Tengen
Vang: Starrk
Assaulter:Yama, Main, Byaukua/CSB Byaukua
Support: Kieske (if you can get him to T1 others)/Cute Orihime

1-2-2, Kazeshini/Sode
Vang: Sajin
Assaulter: Yama
Support:Yourichi, Gin

And for PVE

0-3-2, Zabimaru
Assaulter: Yama, Kenpachi/Ikkaku/CSB Kenpachi, Main
Support: Cute Orihime/Kieske, Jushiro

names separated by a / are either or selections,  like Cute orihime or Kieske, whichever fits your setup and playstyle better.

my main is ghost blade
for pve I use pantera grimmjow/but I also use vanguard
and switching support for me would probably have no affect in my pvp because my support always ends up dying during the skill round. lol but I do need a new support for pve
