Shin Tshiro is useless, unless you upgrade him.
Shin Nel and Nel tun are okay. Can be used and if you start doing her evo and mod on time see while be very useful to you.
For a very long time.

also i almost got Shin Grimmjow (only couple days till i get all needed coupons) & i just hit 70 so i'm about to get either Komamora or Yoruichi.

as Ike said Toshiro going to be useless to you unless you can upgrade him and Nel is decent enough but she is useless in the wrong build or against someone with a high hit rate. so neither one of them are great partners to be honest

Both are useless in their non-upgraded forms.

Only Aizen and Ken are any good at all in their non-upgraded form.  The rest are negatives to get since they just delay you getting the good partners that much longer.
Upgraded Nel is good, actually a lot better than most realize, but anyone who is going to upgrade her should have Kirinji unless they wasted their gold and anyone who priotizes Nel over Kiri is a fool.  She has lost all purpose.

I had just basically maxed her Evo out and was starting to use her to good effect when Kiri came out.... so frustrating to waste all that time/effort that could have gotten me Aizen WAY sooner.  Set me back a lot wasting time on her.
