Yes I am .
It is just how it is , the more bp you have the stronger you are .
If you win a battle vs someone who has higher bp than you it only means rather you are pvp and he is pve , or you just stacked 1 Partner so he has more speed than his best , so it is an easy win.
Bp means everything IF you are a intelligent player.[In terms of stacking and some other things]

That's gonna be difficult...
I'm not gonna be getting Harribel since too much Reishi :/
Planning on getting Kisuke, and then Ikkaku for PvE
Since Ikkaku + Grimjow + Main, can cause quite a lot of dmg to dem Ryoka
And Jushiro? He'd be a pretty good dmg dealer for PvE, but I don't think I'll have enough Golden Reishi for that

Yes, but sometimes it might be worth using Grimjow instead of Yama, since Yama targets 3 random people

First and foremost,  GET OUT OF LEVEL 70 TAVERN!!!  Gold Reishi is about 3x more expensive there than in level 80 tavern.  Jushiro will be an end game tavern support for pve, second only to Retsu Unohana Kenpachi IMO.  Grim, Ikkaku, and Main are a solid front for sure, but some will tell you Kenpachi is better in most cases,  CSB Kenny + Pan Grim is of course where you want to be going with that front line.  Yama will be great to swap in for Ikkaku for pvp if you choose,  and if your not going for T1, Cute Orihime > Tavern Kieske all day long, both pve and pvp, especially if your other support regens 100 fury on self (several do)
as for my suggestion with harribel the next parts should clear that up.  For PVP, you have 2 choices to be a monster.

1) Raw power: you will need to be ferocious, probably as VIP2, you will want one star partner (probably Yama is best choice for this in the F2P/low VIP world ATM, although, with everything going on with the Main, he is a good second choice here as he can change his skill so will be more versatile)  T1 is basically a must, and you will want to give him the best of your best, even to the extent of pulling stuff off others,  combining hogu, stones, hollow souls, everything.  have him 1 shot everyone,  very solid plan, many do this and it works well.

2) Strategy:  For this you will need to work the whole team.  Have someone like Yourichi or Tavern Aizen be your fastest, (unless using Kieske or someone like that to help you T1) as supports are by nature faster than assaulters, to shut down the back row,  Second you will want someone like Harribel, Gin, or even Tosen to go second to shut down the middle row of your opponents.  Now if you can keep their assaulters and supports hobbled like this, the fight is almost yours...  Now to take care of Vanguards... This can be tricky and TBH is my current hurdle as several people stack their Vanguards hard.  good partners I've seen that take care of them nicely are:  basically every partner considered reserved for PVE uses, B Rukia, Tenjiro can do it, but is unreliable, several of the new reds do a fair job, but basically anyone that can deal massive damage (usually kido damage is better as most vangs stack for physical damage, but not so much kido) or the status mutilate or a hard burn/lacerate on him works too.

The raw power route takes a bit of cash or a lot of work
The strategy route takes planning, consideration and a lot of work

IMO, your way too low a level to start saving VIT.  I'd wait for level 85+ at least.  You going for more PVE or PVP?

PVE, level 70 I'd pick up Kensei as your third assaulter in events (true story)

PVP, level 70 I'd pick up Yourichi for Rukia

if your able to top up at all,  $5 will get you VIP1, and let you get Pan Grim, which is a very solid partner for a VIP1   I believe that it will also net you purple Rangiku,  a decent third assaulter till you can replace her with someone else.

1) Firstly, if there's any difference, I do plan on becoming VIP3 in the next month or so, If I get the right events which give me the gold boost needed~
Secondly, I do like the general idea and the guy who is above me in the arena uses this strategy. He uses Ikkaku to take out my Vanguard, while he himself just leaves my team with around 10% HP and then uses SWP Renji to finish me off one by one, if he doesn't take out my Vanguard out fast enough or if he doesn't use his skill again...
Thirdly, even though this is a really good plan, I personally just not like basing everything on 1 or two chars. I remember playing half a year back and that was my strategy - basing everything on rukia and main in order to one-shot, but when that failed, well... I was utterly screwed :/
2) Firstly, that is the reason i bought Yoruichi, She worked wonders paralyzing the guy who is at this point below me in the arena. He had the first T1 raw power strategy as well
Secondly, I used to use Momo, but then I kind of stopped using her at level 70, since i just went and over-powered everyone with my PvE team.
Thirdly, any other partners you might suggest?

Gin would be good to have to swap in for cute orihime for pvp, but that is getting to be a lot of partners for low VIP already  and if you have to choose between PVE and PVP,  PVE pays better, PVP feeds your ego.  your choice
Stack up your speed on your supports
