Better value??

So, good idea or bad, I don't care,  but I'm about to lease these partners on limited lease, the next time it comes up, and I wanted to know which is the better value.
ATM, My Party is well balanced as for speed
PVP:    Hyorinmaru/Muramasa (depending on the fight)
Soph Rangiku, Isshin, Tavern Kieske, Shini Kieske     Tavern Kieske to be swapped for Shinso,  Shini Kieske for B Rukia

PVE:    Muramasa
Isshin, Zabimaru Renji, Tavern Kieske, Jushiro    Tavern Kieske to be swapped for Shinso, Jushiro for Retsu Kenpachi

Zabimaru Renji is going to switch to Sexy Yourichi as i can get her at my level for dirt cheap as I'm gonna top up regardless, and CSB Kenny is still a way off... but I digress....

Of course the shiney factor leans me to B Rukia,  But my Shinso is already at level 11 evo, with a 2 star mod (rented him in the past and he's still just hanging around expired. and Retsu is a monster in PVE

Any reasons?  Right now it's 4-0 in favor of Shinso/Retsu.  Something i'm not seeing in the B Rukia choice?

IMO, bankai rukia is way too expensive(not sure if she's still 40k but u can buy like 2-3 red partners with 40k). Dunno if u plan to buy shinso or get him for free from alliance shop or legend gallery, but if u get him for free, u could buy only retsu kenpachi and then B. renji or some red partner, to boost ur pve or pvp .

was planning to rent to own them on limited lease,  for less than 1k/week gold, i can have either B Rukia, or i can have Shinso and Retsu.  I understand that the new reds, and even some golds are better buys, however as someone that won't be topping up over probably $100 any given week,

Shinso you can get him from Legend Gallery providing that you have Shinigami Agent. So there is no point into spending gold on him imho.

Now Brukia is a nice partner, but way too slow compared to these new ones, so I wouldn't recommend getting her.
Retsu Uno is great, but not a game breaking material for that price.

If you say that you can top up about 1k weekly, my advice would be:

Slowly farm Shinso from Gallery( few people already got him for "free" from there, I'm atm at 180 coupons, but I don't push my luck too much), top up that the amount you can weekly, lease Uno for a day to work on her mods, but save your gold. Once you have reached your gold target, for all you know there might be new partners that would worth more
Edit: Or instead of topping up weekly, keep your money and make a "big" top up during Ulti charge

I would save the money and get hiki, senju and Brenji.  To me what you are planning to do seems like a massive waste of gold, and over time you will regret and wished you had just saved the money, especially when new partners come out or when the price of senju and hiki rise.

my biggest problem with that, is I'm terrible at saving money,  severe ADHD, and naturally impulsive, not sure if they are related, but even on my meds, I can still get carried away.  So slow top ups are the only way I do it.  And I always plan to save gold...  but again...  200 here,  400 there,  shit just disappears, lol   I do understand that Limited lease is the most expensive event to get partners in, but they do come at your level, and you can use them as you pay for them.  Being that I am going to need B Rukia, and TSI for bond and was going to rent them for a day anyway, It will be a good chance to see how good she it, and I'm gonna rent Unohana for a day to see if she's a big enough jump from Jushiro to even warrant the price.  with this info I think I can make a better decision.  Also gonna rent Sexy Yourichi for a day as I'm gonna get her free during Ultra Hero. and Yama for a day so I can get Shinso free (after I get the comrade contracts for Ikkaku, or get bored waiting on them and just finish paying Shinso off)

I am guessing you have a kido main or else you would have went 2-3 with that zan.  If you want the best pve team then go with sexy yoru, isshin, shino and restu.  Pvp go wih shinso, B.Rukia, isshin and tsi Ichigo. Then in the future if you can pure t1 them or get their crit rate high enough you will have no need for a fury giving partner.
