How good is the lvl 100 equipment?

I topped up for Koga and have quite a lot of gold left
I am lvl 88 would it be worth to go for 2 or 3 lvl 100 sets ?
Are they that much better than the lvl 100 spirit forged ones ?
Or should I just skip lvl 100 and go for 120 straight
Don't feel like topping up in the next few months after I spent that much in this event
My team comb is decent now Ig
Ichibe- Yama - Main - Koga - Tenjiro
, will get noza for pvp and with the gold I have left i could get a zero squad supp or maybe mugetsu or tsi
or just spend it for sets ( BTW how good is Bankai Rukia ? I saw her a lot and can't decide if I should get her , TSI, Mugetsu, Kenpachi Unohana, Shinso. Hiki, Senju, Oetsu , idk after the rebate I will probably have like 36k gold or smth like this)
But my question is mainly about the sets

Maybe nobody sees that anymore , but what's better unohana kenpachi for pve reasons or hiki for pvp?
