Today i unlock tier 2 Mayuri mod 10% block rate for all allies, but this work only on Mayuri, no one in my formation dont have this mod bonus.....
Idk if this is visual bug or maby rly modify bug......

its a typo, all his mods only increases his own block rate
but this is bug or bad translate mod and like you say he only increses his own block rate
im wait for supp answer but i think this will be tomorrow or maby not at all
