I used to have a GTX 560 TI, replace it with this because it was somewhat better and I just had it haha

I built it almost two years ago, things change, I could build a much better computer now for the same price, but I'm not building it now.

Almost two years ago, I don't know exactly how long ago it was. Closer to a year and a half.
Also, you literally did mention 980, you said it was so gimped compared to the 970/980, maybe you should pay more attention to the things you're saying.

the 960 is $180.
If I wanted even the 970 thats almost 200 dollars more, the 980 another 120 dollars.

They had an update last friday or so with a few new cars, it was alright but nothing special.
Some bug made a new car the fastest in game atm.
