abt this issue, i need to understand why no compenstion was done due to server fault that cause what we suppose to have daily from soul hunt.

You are not entitle to anything, that is how all online games function. Besides, they have given out compensation so there is no need to complain

The point is smurf76, while yes i believe they should compensate us, i'm fairly certain they won't.

Also they are under no obligation to do so either, so if they do decide to it will be out of the kindness of their hearts.

Everyone was unable to get soul hunt stones for those 24 hours. It's not like only some people were able to. Everybody was unable to do it, so no one gained an unfair advantage. I'm surprised they even gave compensation.
