Ye, it's pretty interesting formation :

still feel Tenjiro is your odd ball out there...    Hyorinmaru + CSB Aizen would be ideal there...  even Smart Nanao would fit better IMO...  but I do HATE Tenjiro, so I am probably a little biased, lol

An good formation i saw was : oetsu - kirinji - ult aizen / or another Assaulter - main and noza.

Ye but it will take some time till I will be get Noza so naaa.

I said I'm thinking xD. But you're right. I might replace him with Aizen or I might just get Cute Hime. But that means I can't get Hyiorinmaru.

You could go with the classic "Natsu approved" formation.

This is obviously just for PvP, I would never use Oetsu in PvE.
