Wouldn't suggest that since we will soon get the inherit mod frags. But for that I guess we will have to see how it exactly works

When ur crew is something like Yuruichi, Kisuke, Ikkaku, Prot, Sado, i would take the stones.

I think Rythen said that u convert stars to universal, does not matter if you used normal frags or universal, could be wrong tho
