I actually took the 1000 fragments. It was a bit of a let down since it's only a few levels.. won't  ...

Will probably go with mod frags this time to finish my shura ken 30% crit dmg mod and if not then probably 2x lvl 11 stones as it is one time only and I already got 4x lvl 10 and i have too much of a shitty luck to go for 1x lvl 12
