I have a D rukia and a Z renji when I get home...  sad thing is I actually use them, lol  but in my defense they are just holding a place...  C ori will replace D rukia and CSB Kenny for renji

IMO your wrong there...
Shini Yourichi can be a god for low VIPs that stack on her.  Her skill can win a fight for you against someone close to your power with no hardcore event partners.
Smart Nanao...  She isn't totally useless, but is very niche.  She is best used with an offensive Vanguard (especially Soph Rangiku from my experience) against a 1-3-1 formation or any formation that relies on the vanguard and/or the assaulters...  but given how the game is currently heavily slanted to the supports, her usefulness is getting close to that of Soi Feng in all honesty

Here's 3 from my formation that get no love on the forums
nobody's stacked up, this is how i run them in formation (well, D toshi lives on the bench, and he's wearing my Shinso's stuff (shinso has close to 370kBP with it on).. in all honesty, Toshi's only seen maybe 3 or 4 fights total, lol
