They are universal eggs, can be used in place of any other egg type to get reward. Also you need 1 to get new tank if you are going for that.

If you go to gift carnival you can exchange them for rewards. You should get 30 almighty overall for entire event. With that you can get (one option): 1 level 7 spirit stone box, 50 bright stones, 30 hogu enhance talismans, 2 level 5 spirit stone boxes, 50 hogyoku hollow spirits, 10 assistant mod soul exp cards.

But it's your choice what rewards you go for. You could get 30 points worth of rewards from Snap Up if you wanted instead (one example would be 30 almighty eggs for 100 universal spirit water, 30 exclusive fragments, 15 epic exp scrolls, 15 level 10 silver cards, 50 soul of conquests, 50 crystal cores)
