You only get 200 gold back every day, it's not a rebate % So if you top up 2,000 gold every day during Reio Guardian (first 5 days) you will only get your 10k gold plus the normal 30% rebate (so 3000 gold) plus 5 x 200 gold (1,000), so 14k gold overall for 10k top up. It's only 200 gold back every day for Reio Guardian (when you top up 200 gold or more) plus the rebate for the event series (usually 30%). So for best rebate % (if that's all you care about) top up 200 gold only for first 5 days If you are lucky in Ultimate Charge (1st place) you usually can get the same rebate % (130%) but with any top up amount.

Yes, if second place I think it's 60% (plus normal 30% rebate, so 90% overall). The more you top up during Ultimate Charge event the more likely you are to be 1st place. The amount needed depends on your cross server area. 12k gold might be enough for 1st, but even 40k gold might only get you 2nd place. It all depends.

It's a top up competition event. If you top up say 2000 gold and 3 people over the 5 day event top up more than 2000 gold (and everyone else less than that) you will get the 4th place rebate (and the rewards that come with that). Though I think 4th to 10th place get the same rebate % and rewards. But the higher your top up ranking the better it is (generally). Understand?
