worth it yes, but only necessary if you are fighting people that are overall stronger than you and that you can't really overcome

but Nozarashi Ken does that too for you with his block rate and insane damage
Ichibe is more fit to defeat any rivals you have, or just to defend more than you usually do as the typical better vanguard

that question is very dependent on you, (going to do a zento here)

so ask yourself these questions: Am i going to center my formation around assaulters, vanguards or supporters?
                                               Am i going to be a 'balanced' team?
                                               Who are going to be my main damage dealers?
                                               Which part of my formation is going to make me win most my matches?

Once you've answered those, you should see which zanpakuto you belong to, but right now stick with Kazeshini, because those questions become answered later in the game, like when you get used to your team and you see what you will need etc. and see who will end up in your final formation
