This character /account on US 272 isn't as far along as most of you guys but I'm trying (121 days playtime currently). Here is my Gin I'm proud of. Let me know what you think.
Currently in middle of making a level 100 spirit forged set for him as a place holder until more lucky slots roll around.

very nice,  you got a yourichi to go with him?    more speed and hit rate. other than that, he looks good to me   of course more attack is nice, but not needed on a partner like him

Nope, Currently still using a Rukia. Been working on Kisuke, Retsu evolution and such before I use them. And due to level I just figured to just wait until level 110 for Aizen to be my support stunner.

Edit: I try to level up my stones evenly, just a thing I have a habbit of doing which is why the hit rate and and such are about average. Also, don't smack me but hes level 10 for soul cult. Taking him higher while I set fragments aside for when I get Shinso Gin. Still need to grab Tosen as well for his Speed Bond (12% at max) which I was also thinking instead of using Yama. to just use Tosen as my pvp Assaulter for now but going to decide on that at 110 to figure out my final formation (until I get csb partners, swp aizen etc..)

personally I find SC on him a mistake unless your planning on keeping him endgame.  however I hear in the near future you can reset it to get your points back,  so maybe I'm being over cautious.  my SC goes on Shinso and Isshin, mostly on Isshin, 2 levels on the rest of my peeps.  also, with Rukia,  if she's fully modded, you can easily T1 her to T1 everyone else

It is but for me it's not exactly useless. I don't plan on replacing him anytime soon at all and I can't top up for partners like Hiki. So he is kinda my endgame stunner until Shinso. Same reason why I took Ikkaku to level 8 Soul cult. Don't really plan on getting rid of the partners I use the fragments on. If they do offer a reset to get the fragments back for a silver or coupon cost then ya I'd so use it when I got better partners

Edit: My final formation will be something along the lines of : Hollowed Ichigo, Main, Tosen, Gin, Aizen (each one bonded for best stats) Switching Gin out for Shinso Gin, Aizen for CSB or SWP Aizen (can't upgrade so don't know). Tosen I might use over Yama but again not 100% sure. Also Rukia is fully modded, taking her for pve to max evolution for giggles and currently need to buy 8 more level 4 bundles to have her T1.

Just my 2 cents...  but you look very PVP heavy.  With Gin and Aizen in the back row, Tosen becomes redundant and really not needed.  Yama will deal that real damage your supports lack.  Hollow Ichi is a good choice, he's a solid Vang that doesn't really need a lot of work to be effective.  Shinso is of course great.  CSB Aizen is a long term goal for a F2P/low VIP.  HMA Aizen needs VIP 1 just in case you didn't notice that.  personally,  for a Low VIP/F2P, PVP heavy team like you are building,  What I would build if i was starting over for it (assuming your VIP1 as you want HMA Aizen).  HMA kenny, Yama, CSB Byaukua, Main (9th skill for extra vang damage), and Tavern Kieske.  Use Kieske to T1 wings and yama.  Also make Kieske your fastest, remove his hit stones, stack with break def and crit stones.  "But Mylar, why would I do that?  It seems dumb."  Well I'm glad I asked that, lol, it's because Kieske only hits vanguards, who usually have amazing block stats and good dodge stats.  If Kieske gets blocked, he gets hit,  if he gets hit, he dies, lol.  Even if he misses his attack, the fury build still happens and can even still crit (granting 1.5 times the fury gain 37 for Kieske, 45 for Rukia).  The Ideal happening with this setup.  Kieske goes first, misses, but crits his fury gain, Wings goes next, hitting very hard and nerfing your opponents speed, Next yama goes and again hits very hard, this time causing fury restriction (i believe) and his burn damage, then your main and HMA Kenny work clean up

Good read and I do see your points. I'm trying to stay away from using Yama, just because everyone that can is using him currently due to the soul cult. reward. Just trying to be a little different with Tosen. Still a few months out from T1 Kisuke but that's the beauty of it, will have each character listed and able to try out the different formations to find one I like. I'm Vip 3 by the way.

As for PvE, I was thinking at least until I start to get CSB Kenpachi and the like.
Ikkaku (bond with harribel for more combo, and Tavern Aizen for more damage), Upgraded Grim just cause or someone like Ishida, Main, T1 Rukia, T1 Kisuke, Zabimaru (unless Sogyu. is put into a UBP or event I can get via vitality). I Would use Cute Orhime but due to not having Sogyu. would she hinder my team more then Rukia in that slot?
