Question about Vitality recover being offline...

Hi guys and gals, well, my doubt is quite simple: the vitality recovers that 3 points every half hour when you are offline?
Tonight at 0:30 (server time) I had 240 points. So, as I usually turn off the computer when go to sleep, before do that I decided to left the game auto-battling a boss for two hours. After press the "auto" button, I'd turn off the PC.
I knew it that all the vitality will runs out to zero after two hours (let's say, at 02:30 server time) and now, when I go online again (09:00 server time) I see the battle reports, have all the rewards and my vitality still are zero.
That's why I'm asking this, or maybe I'm crazy but I think remember other times when I did this and my vitality didn't was zero, because it recovered that 3 points each half hour.

Thanks for reading me and I'll appreciate every answer and opinion. Even those saying "Nop Shirakawa, you're crazy, that dindn't happened".

Could it be that in Auto-Attack, they added the Vitality himself? :p Because i dont know why that should happen. The recover of Vitality is always here. But i´m not sure what it can be...

Don't do that, vitality doesn't recover if you are in auto-battle and offline.
