I just did r1 with my lvl 141 main sayd 800 mil exp to do it that was way off put me back to lvl 139  with 0 exp in bar  so I lost around 1500 mil exp just for a low buff

it has been clearly stated that it takes you down 800M XP, then to the start of your new level..  just sayin'

It's known.
I had 1800+mil exp and it took me back to 0/2000m of EXP

I'm not sure it says the "to beginning of the level you end up on" but it has been stated several times here on the forums
