Yes, the first ammendment is the freedom of speech, but a mod can do whatever they want to any user, although i do understand why the moderator closed the thread and thought you were just trying to get a reaction out of the joyfun community.
What the mod did was justified in context of the ongoing spam and the rules of their forum, to me it just looks like you were trying to incite them to get mad at you or at least get a heated discussion out of them.

The mod already closed the original thread and probably banned you because she thought you were a part of the spammers that came from this forum to annoy joyfun...
