I dont think kisuke was getting that much, maybe during accelerate event but there is no way he would get that many normally :/ you will probably get 10-12 with those lower level gold partners.

I thought only gold partners can use the inherit function

you want a good mix of fast farming and high capacity to mod as you only get the ones you have used in the mod for them back as universal frags

yh the accelerate bonus gives alot so we need the accelerate bonus to end so we can know for sure

So it would take 38 days to fully mod out a tavern level 70 partner I think.
