2 year sign in reward

ok guys most of us had 1 year sign reward (18888 coupons) few months ago,and after that if you look at reward part beside sign in daily you see nothing and thay just wrote ,coming soon,
for me its been 5 months waiting for new reward to come up.i wrote so many times to support about this.
so i want to know what do you guys think we should do?
what you guys thing it should be look like?(only 2 years sign in or 18-20 months sign in too).
please pm support about this too.
